Meals on Wheels Volunteers Needed - Rogue Valley Thu 10th July - Sat 30th August The local Meals on Wheels program, 'Food and Friends', is looking for volunteers to help deliver meals to home-bound seniors. Food & Friends provides hot, nutritious meals and a friendly visit to hundreds of seniors in the area. Meals are served Monday through Friday between 10:00 am - noon.
