Meals on Wheels volunteers Needed - Jackson County Fri 26th September - Fri 31st October The local Meals on Wheels program, Food and Friends, is looking for volunteers to help deliver meals to home-bound seniors in Medford, Central Point and Jacksonville. Food & Friends provides hot, nutritious meals and a friendly visit to hundreds of seniors in the area. Meals are served Monday - Friday between 10:00 am - noon. Mileage reimbursement is available.

Siskiyou Sleuths Book Group meets - Ashland Branch Library Wed 19th November The Siskiyou Sleuths Book Group meets to discuss interesting mysteries and welcomes mystery readers on the third Wednesday of each month from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm, at the Ashland Branch Library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd. April 16 they will be discussing 'Devil in a Blue Dress; May 21 will be 'My Name is Red', and June 18 the book discussion will be on 'Red Planet Blues'.
Toddlerobics - Medford Wed 19th November Come exercise your mind, body, and spirit during "Toddlerobics:Movement, Music, and Me!" on the third Wednesday of the month, 10:30 am - 11:00 am, in the Adult Garden of the Medford Branch Library, 205 S. Central Ave. Class is for toddlers 2 and up. Toddlerobics will be held September 17, October 15, November 19 and December 17.
Monthly Gathering - Vision Impaired Fri 21st November Southern Oregon Lions Sight and Hearing Center, 228 N. Holly St. in Medford has an open social event for the Visually Impaired Person on the third Friday of every month, from 10:00 am - noon. Christmas Bazaar - Grants Pass Sat 6th December North Valley High School, 6741 Monument Dr. in Grants Pass is having their Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 6, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Over 200 vendors will offer a giant selection of Handmade Craft and Gift Items. Admission is $1.00 to benefit the Class of 2015 Safe & Sober All Knight Party.
Sacred Christmas Concert - Medford Fri 12th December The Rogue Valley Adventist Choir will tell the Christmas Story in its annual 'Sacred Christmas Concert' on Friday, December 12, 7:00 pm at the Medford Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1900 Greenwood. Under the direction of Dr. Patrick Gillette, this 60 voice choir will bring an evening of beautiful music to touch your heart as you hear again the wonderful story of Jesus.
